Returned & Undelivered Items

We will contact you if we receive your order back as undelivered due to:

  • wrong address
  • addressee unknown
  • unable to forward
  • marked as unclaimed

We cannot issue any refunds, but we are able to reship your order and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Tracking Information for Your Orders

Even though your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, you have not received your item. Please contact the carrier directly to inquire into this issue. We are unable to held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
